Lunch and Learn: Ohio Heists In-Person
Ohio history overflows with tales of enterprising thieves! From the mild-mannered Kenyon college library employee David Breithaupt walked off with $50,000 worth of rare books and documents from the college to John Dillinger who hit banks all over Ohio, and Alvin Karpis robbed a train in Garrettsville and a mail truck in Warren. Jane Ann Turzillo will tell the stories of some of the best heists in the history of Ohio.
This will be a hybrid program. The presenter may be virtual or in-person and participants may attend in person or virtually with a provided link.
