Tai Chi In-Person

Join us for Tai Chi classes with instructor Gary Polvinale from Black Cat Tai Chi.  Tai Chi requires no tools or accessories and can be done seated or standing.  Although slow and smooth, Tai Chi provides a good workout.  It can be easily learned and adjusted to accommodate different fitness levels and physical limitations.

Registration is required as space is limited.
