Mental Health Yoga: Regulate With Nervous System Hacks: Wellness Wednesday In-Person
If you have been feeling extra high levels of stress lately, as many people are, Shannon can coach you through specific techniques that use body movements and yoga, breathing, and other practices to help calm the fight and flight responses in your nervous system and improve resilience. Most of us struggle to regulate our emotions, and these skills support us in developing this ability. She has dedicated years to learning these techniques, and she is skilled at communicating them to others. This session is limited to 20 participants, and registration is required. You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, if you have one.
