The Buzzard: Inside the Glory Days of WMMS and Cleveland Rock Radio In-Person
WMMS earned a positive international reputation as a radio station on the cutting edge of new music and popular music trends. That reputation carried a responsibility to fulfill what our listeners felt was our obligation – not only to the audience we served but the region as well. WMMS proved its international reputation when it successfully lobbied both the city, county, and state government as well as the music industry to build the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland.
