Grand Army of the Republic Cemetery Walk In-Person
Join us at Oakland Cemetery as we explore members of the Grand Army of the Republic or GAR. The GAR was a Civil War veterans group that was both socially and politically active in Sandusky, Erie County, Ohio, and the United Sates. As this is a walking tour, please wear appropriate shoes and outerwear and be prepared to stand or walk for at least an hour.
