Walking Tour: Railroads in Sandusky In-Person
Railroads were fundamental to the development of Sandusky from the 1835 groundbreaking for the first railroad chartered west of the Allegheny Mountains through the 20th century. This downtown walking tour will point out important sites in the early development of the railroads and describe their significance to Sandusky and the nation. The tour will involve about one mile of walking.
The tour will begin and end at Mylander Park Fountain. (108 W Shoreline Dr, Sandusky, OH 44870)
Registration recommended but not required.
